Shakira And Gerard Pique Share First Photo Of Newborn Son, Milan [PHOTO]

Shakira and boyfriend Gerard Pique have shared the first full photo of their little one, Milan Pique Mebarak, at just two weeks old.

The couple shared the photo of Pique kissing newborn Milan on the cheek on their Unicef website, according to Us Weekly.

In conjunction with the children’s charity, Shakira and Pique have held a World Baby Shower, for which donations of $5 to $110, as well as various gifts, are being accepted in celebration of their son’s birth.

"To celebrate the arrival of our first child, we hope that, in his name, other less-privileged children in the world can have their basic needs covered through gifts and donations," they couple said in a statement. "Thank you for sharing this unforgettable moment with us."

Little Milan was born Jan. 22 at 9:36 p.m., weighing 6 lbs., 6 oz. The next day, Pique shared a photo of just his tiny feet in white Nike sneakers, customized with his name on the social media website WhoSay.

Shakira detailed on her website that his name means “dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification.” She also noted that like his father, who plays for FC Barcelona, Milan became a member of the soccer club at birth.

Just prior to Milan’s birth, Pique notably played a practical joke on Twitter, suggesting that the little one was born on Dec. 28, which happens to be “Dia de los Innocentes,” or the Day of the Holy Innocentes, Spain's version of April Fool's Day.
