Singer-songwriter Shakira and soccer star Gerard Pique are expecting a baby boy, with the father-to-be posting an ultrasound image of the baby on Twitter Thursday.

“His first pic! #excited #cute,” Pique wrote as a caption.

After dating for two years, the couple confirmed in September that they were expecting their first child together.

Since then, Shakira has enjoyed showing off her baby bump.

In October, she performed during the closing ceremonies of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, held in Azerbaijan.

The “Hips Don’t Lie” singer did not miss a beat in term of her usual onstage gyrating, as she is known for her intricate belly dancing.

On Nov. 27, Shakira tweeted a photo of herself and Pique cuddling, captioning it: "Podría estar 9 meses más así! I could have another 9 months like this! Shak."

Pique plays with the team FC Barcelona, so he and Shakira will most likely raise their son in Spain, according to the Daily Mail.

Shakira is having her new home built on a Barcelona hillside. The house reportedly boasts “floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular city views.”

Apparently, the couple is considering Ulises and Gabriel (nickname, Biel) for their baby's name.
