Shanelle Workman Nude Photos At Heart Of Family Dispute

Shanelle Workman nude photos nearly hit the Web as the result of a dispute between her and her mother, Crystal Workman, according to reports.

Shanelle Workman, who is the sister of “Modern Family” actress Ariel Winter and the eldest daughter of Crystal Workman, has been in an ongoing fight with her mother, and Yahoo! News reports that Crystal was on the verge of releasing Shanelle Workman nude photos in order to spite her.

"Crystal Workman, the mother of Ariel Winter, wanted me to represent her and leak nude photos in the media of her other daughter, Shanelle Workman," publicist Jonathan Hay said, according Yahoo! News. "In all my years of being a publicist, I have never seen anyone stoop as low as wanting to sell out and destroy the reputation of her own daughter. ... Crystal said she wanted the public to see Shanelle for who she really was and smear her daughter in attempts to try and get custody back of Ariel."

Hay said that the motive for the potential release of Shanelle Workman nude pictures by her own mother was revenge.

Radar Online obtained transcripts of text messages Crystal Workman allegedly sent Hay, which read as follows:

“What are you thinking about the caption? ... Everything on that photo should show since she is trying to steal my child. Yuck. Let me know when the photo is out.”

This is not the first scandal for Crystal Workman and her daughters, however, as she previously lost legal guardianship of Ariel Winter, 14, who plays Alex Dunphy on ABC's hit sitcom “Modern Family.”

The New York Daily News reported in November that a judge determined that Ariel Winter should stay in her sister's care for the time being, after evidence emerged that Crystal Workman had allegedly been abusive toward the young starlet.

Crystal Workman commented after the news broke, according to Yahoo! News, saying that she is acting in her daughter's best interest.

“I love my daughter Ariel, and I am trying to make sure she doesn't fall under the wrong influences so she doesn't become the next Lindsay Lohan,” she said.

Yahoo! News reports that Crystal Workman's lawyer filed court documents on her behalf requesting that a judge attempt to obtain income and expense documents from Shanelle Workman, further adding to what Hay has characterized as seeming to be an obsession with smearing her 34-year-old daughter.

"Crystal has called me nonstop in the last 48 hours, trying to get me to leak these pictures," Hay said. He has said that he does not plan to release the Shanelle Workman nude photos.
