Shooting At San Antonio Bar Leaves 2 Dead, 5 Injured; Manhunt Underway For Suspect

Two people were killed and five others injured after a person opened fire “indiscriminately” in a bar. The incident took place at San Antonio, Texas, on Sunday night.
The San Antonio Police Department responded to the shooting at Ventura bar, at around 8 p.m local time (9 p.m EST). Police Chief William McManus said initially seven people were injured after one person pulled out a gun and opened fire in the bar following an argument between customers.
A 21-year-old man succumbed to his injuries inside the club whereas, another victim who was in a critical condition and was later pronounced dead. Police said five others were currently being treated at local hospitals and their conditions remain unclear at the moment.
McManus also mentioned that all the victims appear to be customers. No employees at the bar were injured during the shooting. The victims have not been identified as of now. So far, no arrests were made and officials were still inspecting the crime scene. The suspect remains at-large and has not been identified yet.
"We're working on that, I'm confident that we will identify the individual and have that person in custody sooner than later," said McManus.
