Gold medal gymnast Simone Biles slammed Jenna Ellis, who served on former President Donald Trump's legal team, after Ellis called Biles a loser following her being awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

On Friday, Biles, 25, posted on Twitter: "Who is Jenna Ellis? Asking for everyone." The comment appears to insinuate that Ellis is not worthy of public attention.

Biles' tweet has received over 21,000 retweets and over 220,000 likes as of late Sunday afternoon.

"Fittingly, Biden awarded his presidential medals to fellow losers, Biles and [soccer player Megan] Rapinoe," Ellis tweeted Thursday following the medal ceremony.

Biles won four gold medals at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. She has won a total of 19 medals, which makes her the most decorated U.S. gymnast.

Biles became the youngest person to receive the medal for her advocacy for “mental health and safety, children in the foster care system, and victims of sexual assault,” according to the White House.

Ellis famously was seen standing behind Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani during a bizarre press conference in which hair dye appeared to drip down Giuliani's face.

"Jenna Ellis calling Megan Rapinoe and Simone Biles losers is f---ing comedic gold. Especially since those two women have 9 Olympic medals and all Ellis will be known for is Rudy Giuliani’s fart recipient," one person said over the matter that Biles used as her quote tweet.
