Skyrim Enters iOS Domain, Interactive Maps Released (Download Link)

Prima has released Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim game application tool for iPad and iPhone users.

The application, which is aimed at guiding the players in their adventures through the ice covered terrains of the north, is available for free download from the App Store.

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is the first and only Skyrim application available on iTunes. The app has interesting features and allows you to zoom up to 3200 percent in the map, revealing even the minute terrain details. From the nine capital cities of the Skyrim to the snow covered wilderness and mountains, exploring the locations can be a treat for the gamers.

It is difficult to get lost in the wilderness, with this interactive map app in hand, because it allows fans to keep track of their route, mark points of interest all across with pins, and even has a search option that helps in finding locations easily.

The nine capital city maps also come free with the apps. A small description pops up for each city with info on the services available, collectibles and other useful information about the city.

Additional add-ons are also available. According to Prima, these additional add-ons, available from $0.99 onwards, allows users to unlock more than 150 interior maps, 350 primary locations and around 200 secondary locations.
