‘The Slime Diaries’ Episode 1 Live Stream Details: How To Watch Online, With Spoilers

The 2021 spring catalog of anime is getting its share of slime and isekai genre as "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime’s" spinoff is set to premiere this week. "The Slime Diaries" Episode 1 is titled "Residents of the Monster Town."

The official website released spoilers stills and a synopsis for the premiere episode. "The Slime Diaries" Episode 1 shows Rimuru Tempest, who is living a magnificent slime life, decides to record his life in a diary. There are so many things happening in the kingdom and it will be a task for him to chronicle it on a daily basis.

"The Slime Diaries" anime is a story about the heartwarming daily life of the people of the Jura Forest that was missing from the main anime -- "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime."

The anime series is directed by Yuji Ikuhara and the series composition is by Kotatsumikan. R.O.N. is credited as the music composer and Ayumi Satō is the art director for the series.

The cast of "The Slime Diaries" anime includes Miho Okasaki as Rimuru, Chikahiro Kobayashi as Ranga, Asuna Tomari as Gobuta, Houchu Ohtsuka as Hakurō, Junichi Yanagita as Kurobee, Jun Fukushima as Gabiru, Kanehira Yamamoto as Rigurdo, M.A.O as Shion, Kenji Nomura as Gerudo, Rie Tanaka as Trainee, Sayaka Senbongi as Shuna, Rumi Okuba as Soka, Takuya Eguchi as Sōei and Tarô Yamaguchi as Geld.

Fans can watch "The Slime Diaries" Episode 1 online on Crunchyroll. The episode will live stream in Japanese with English subtitles this Tuesday.
