Solange Deletes Beyoncé From Instagram: Did Beyoncé Start Fight Between Solange And Jay Z?
Shortly after news broke about Solange fighting her brother-in-law, Jay Z, the singer has removed a number of photos of older sister Beyoncé from her Instagram account. On Monday, TMZ posted a shocking video of the 27-year-old Solange Knowles attacking Jay Z, as Beyoncé stood by. The incident took place at a Met Gala after-party at the Standard Hotel last Sunday in New York. It is unclear what sparked the fight, but it is evident that all may not be well in the Knowles-Carter household.
While Solange had a number of photos of herself with her older sister posted on her social media page, including one taken at the gala before the fight, she deleted them for an unknown reason. Fans were quick to take note of the omissions. On the two pictures that Solange kept with Beyoncé, one fan @nouled_noula wrote, “You forgot to delete this, and another said, “She must have missed this one.”
During the confrontation which took place after the Met Gala, Solange, Beyoncé and Jay Z got into an elevator with Beyoncé’s bodyguard, and Solange is seen yelling and kicking Jay Z. Beyoncé seems to do nothing as she stands next to her husband. At one point, Beyoncé’s bodyguard has to hold Solange back. But that does not keep her from kicking Jay Z. Toward the end of the video, Beyoncé seems to block Solange from Jay Z, and though there is no audio, it is evident that she is saying something to her husband.
When the trio exited the elevator, Solange and Beyoncé left the event in one car, while Jay Z left in another. So if the sisters left together, and Beyoncé seemed to be defending her, why did Solange delete their pictures?
That is just one of many questions fans have after witnessing the scuffle.
Regardless, Jay Z and Beyoncé decided to maintain their high profile amid the controversy and attended the Miami Heat-Brooklyn Nets game on Monday night. The two sat courtside and even shared some public displays of affection.
