Sophia Hutchins Fires Gun Like A Pro During Practice For Self-Defense

Sophia Hutchins is ready to take on the bad guys with her shooting skills. The young model just showed off her prowess when it comes to aiming and firing a gun during her practice day.

On Thursday, Caitlyn Jenner’s partner took to Instagram to share a video of her engaging in target practice. From the looks of it, Hutchins is already equipped with adequate skills when it comes to making aim and shooting a gun.

The 23-year-old also appeared to be eager to hone her skills even more since she decided to give it another try after finishing a session with her guide. Based on her caption, Sophia is eager to really accurately handle a gun because she wants to be ready in case she needs to use one for self-defense.

“As a survivor, I am always thoughtful of the best practices for self defense,” she wrote. “I take gun safety very seriously, and this video is to show how you can overcome great personal struggles, empowered and strong.”

Interestingly, Hutchins was accompanied by Jenner during her target practice. The 69-year-old former Olympian could be heard praising the Pepperdine University graduate after she managed to shoot all of the targets in sight. Her silhouette is also visible at one point in the video.

Sophia’s self-defense practice comes a day after she voiced her sentiment after reading Sherry Argov’s book “Why Men Love Bitches.” She expressed on Instagram that “truly powerful people don’t explain why they want respect [for] they simply don’t engage someone who doesn’t give it to them.”

Hutchins also shared a few snaps of her reading the book inside and outside of Jenner’s yellow and black Porsche 911 sports car. It’s the same car she and Caitlyn use every time they go on casual dinner dates in Malibu.

Sophia is currently residing in Caitlyn’s $3.5 million hilltop mansion in the beach city. The two have been inseparable ever since they were introduced to each other by their makeup artist and stylist. Their closeness has even sparked rumors claiming that they could be engaged to be married.

When Hutchins celebrated her 23rd birthday late last month, she was joined by the “I Am Cait” star and their closest pals. After the party, she seemingly confirmed their romantic relationship when she called Jenner her “loving partner” in an Instagram post about the people she chose to surround herself with.
