Sophie Moulds, the stunning wales representative for Miss World 2012, also happens to be a Kate Middleton lookalike.

After the media made the comparison this week, the 19-year-old took to her Facebook page to show her appreciation.

Thank you! I was so flattered to be mentioned in the same article as Kate. All the supportive messages mean so much, she wrote.

Moulds told the Daily Mirror that she is a huge fan of Middleton, She is a natural beauty and very stylish. I take it as a great compliment, she said.

Miss Wales is the same height as the Duchess of Cambridge, the Daily Mirror reports. The two also achieved the same A-level grades of two As and a B.

It seems that both Middleton and Moulds have a similar fashion sense also. Moulds bought a new dress from a high-street store only to find Middleton photographed in the same dress in a magazine, the Daily Mail reported.

Moulds beat 46 contestants to win the title of Miss Wales 2012. She is one of the favorites to win the Miss World pageant this year, according to Facebook fans. Sophie is an exceptionally beautiful girl who is being tipped to do well in Miss World, Miss Wales's organizer Paula Abbandanato told the Daily Mail.

Mould is currently studying for exams in Business Studies at the University of Cardiff. 'I have exams coming up in the next few weeks but I like having lots of things on the go, she told the Daily Mail I'm good at multi-tasking and I think I've got a balance between the two, she added.
