Stacy Keibler Gives Birth To Ava Grace: George Clooney Ex Welcomes First Child

Stacy Keibler is officially a mother. The 34-year-old television host gave birth to daughter Ava Grace on Wednesday. “Jared and I have been blessed with the new love of our lives,” she wrote on her official website. “Ava Grace Pobre was born at home on Wednesday, August 20th. We’ve never experienced a level of joy and happiness like this before! Thank you so much for all of the special wishes and positive energy.”

The former WWE wrestler and George Clooney’s ex married Jared Pobre in March. While Keibler and Pobre were only dating for seven months, they were reportedly friends for five years before things turned romantic.

In March, the couple confirmed Keibler was pregnant, saying, “More blessings!! We’re an elated family-to-be!” Pobre, 39, added, “I’m extremely excited about starting a family and building a future with Stacy.”

The two married in a small beach wedding in Mexico. “My happiness is indescribable!” Keibler told People about the wedding. “Marriage is the ultimate bond of love and friendship. It means putting all your faith and trust into a person that you can’t help but believe is your soul mate.”

“We both felt strongly that our ‘love day’ should be intimately special, and that’s exactly what it was,” Keibler and Pobre said. “It was a blend of romance, tranquility, natural beauty, bonding and overwhelming love.”

Keibler previously dated Clooney for two years, before they split last year. She began dating Pobre two months later. When asked if she and the renowned actor split because she wanted marriage, Keibler told "Good Morning America" last year, “Everyone who knows me thinks it's the funniest story because that is the last thing on my mind,” she said. “I think I'm a bit different from most women out there. I'm not really thinking about that right now. We didn't discuss that.”
