'Star Wars: Episode 9': Knights Of Ren And Zorri Bliss Character Details
“Star Wars: Episode 9” is going to introduce a major new character Zorri Bliss (Keri Russell) and explore the backstory of the villainous Knights of Ren. Details about these characters have now surfaced online, giving the fans some hints about what to expect from them in the upcoming film.
The fans have already seen glimpses of the Knights of Ren in Rey’s (Daisy Ridley) Force vision. The mysterious group was also mentioned by Snoke (Andy Serkis) in “The Last Jedi,” confirming that the members of this group have to go through trials to be called worthy. The previous film also confirmed that Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) is their leader.
The Knights of Ren storyline and the stories of the individual warriors in this group will be fleshed out in “Star Wars: Episode 9,” Screen Rant reported. One interesting fact that some fans may have overlooked is that when Ben Solo left the Jedi academy he took some of Luke’s (Mark Hamill) students with him. It remains to be seen if these students formed the group that Kylo Ren now leads.
What is also interesting is that the recent coverage of Vanity Fair suggested that Kylo Ren fights one of the Kights of Ren in the film. That reference was later removed. Did the report inadvertently reveal an exciting piece of information?
Meanwhile, the new character that the fans will get to meet is Zorri Bliss, a character who arguably has the best costume in the film. According to a report by Screen Rant the official description of the character reveals her to be a rogue, someone who is neutral in the war between in Resistance and the First Order.
Zorri has been compared to Benicio Del Toro’s character DJ, and she lives in the Outer Rim of the galaxy to avoid the war. It remains to be seen if the new character will fight for personal gain or choose a side in the war.
While the fans learn about some of the new characters and plot lines, there are still many unanswered questions about “Star Wars: Episode 9.” Apart from the question of how the Emperor will return in the film, the other big question is whether the new character Jannah (Naomi Ackie) is the daughter of Lando Calrissian (Billy Dee Williams), Screen Rant reported. The fans will have to wait and watch the film in order to find out.
