'Star Wars: Episode 9' Rumors: Rey's New Force Power And Alien Battle

Just like the previous movies, “Star Wars: Episode 9” will be introducing some new Force powers. Rey (Daisy Ridley) will have learnt some new skills during the time jump, thanks to the Jedi books in her possession. According to new rumors, she will use her powers in a major battle sequence against an alien.

According to Making Star Wars, Rey will be seen fighting against a sand worm in the upcoming film. She will manage to defeat the alien creature, and that is when her new Force powers will be revealed.

Two sources have reportedly confirmed that Rey will have developed new healing powers in the upcoming film. She will use these powers to either heal the sand worm or bring it back to life after the battle.

This power is said to come into play later on in the film. Will Rey bring Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) back to life after he dies in “Star Wars: Episode 9”?

Another version of the events related to the scene in question from a different source suggests that Rey doesn’t battle the sand worm. The alien creature will put Rey and her companions in a corner, and the healing power is what helps them escape. The sequence will take place on the new planet Pasana.

The other big Force power that Rey has is the ability to shoot Force lightening from her hands. The action sequence takes place when the Jedi and Kylo Ren use their powers on a ship, and the sudden burst of lightening will heavily damage the ship.

A previous rumor by Bespin Bulletin suggest that Kylo Ren and the Knights of Ren fight Rey on the planet Pasana in “Star Wars: Episode 9.” The heroes lose this battle and they are forced to flee in an old ship.
