Stephanie March Court Documents Allegedly Claim Bobby Flay Cheated On Her With January Jones
Things are heating up in the divorce battle between Stephanie March and Bobby Flay. The estranged husband and wife have been feuding over a prenuptial agreement signed at the start of their 10-year marriage, but new details reveal their issues run far deeper than that.
According to In Touch, March is now accusing her soon-to-be ex-husband of having multiple extramarital affairs. A source tells the magazine that the "Law & Order: SVU" actress has stated, in documents filed with the court, that Flay cheated on her with actress January Jones, an unnamed food stylist, and his assistant, Elyse Tirrell. March reportedly went into great detail in her account, giving dates as well as locations for Flays alleged affairs.
“Stephanie is claiming in court papers that Bobby committed adultery with January several times during the early months of 2010,” the source said. “She says they had sex many times and in different places, including the London Hotel in Los Angeles.”
This is not the first time rumors have swirled about Flay and Jones’ relationship. In June 2010 the “Mad Men” star crashed her car into three parked vehicles. As TMZ previously reported, Jones called Flay for help after the accident. He was seen arriving on the scene to calm the actress down and advised her to leave. When asked why he thought she reached out to him after the incident, Flay claimed he wasn’t sure. He told TMZ the pair had been at the London West Hotel watching a basketball game with mutual friends when she asked for his number to pass along to the designer who was redoing her kitchen.
While it remains unclear if there is any merit to March’s claims, Page Six reports the former couple’s prenuptial agreement has a no infidelity clause. This means that true or not, it is unlikely that she will receive any extra compensation. As we previously reported, March has been guaranteed a $5,000 payout per month in addition to a $1 million lump sum should she agree to move out of the New York home they once shared. She is now trying to have the entire prenup cast aside, claiming she was instrumental in Flay’s success as a restaurateur.
