Stephen, Ayesha Curry Celebrate Daughter Ryan’s Second Birthday With Cute Instagram Photos

Stephen and Ayesha Curry’s youngest daughter just turned 2 years old.

Proud parents Ayesha and Stephen took to Instagram on Monday to celebrate the second birthday of their youngest daughter, Ryan. In one post, the mom-of-two shared a slideshow of the birthday celebrant, showcasing her growth from newborn to toddler. “Happy 2nd birthday my beautiful baby girl Ryan. I love you so much,” she wrote in the caption. “Your vibrant, content and hilarious personality is contagious. I just want to cuddle you forever and ever. My chookas. I can’t take how quickly the past two years have gone by. Not enough time in a day.”

The NBA superstar, ever the doting dad, also shared a family photo on his Instagram account on the day of her birthday. In the snapshot, he can be seen pushing Ryan’s stroller with one hand while his opposite arm is around Ayesha’s shoulders. Ryan covers her face with both hands in the adorable pic. “I’m sorry daddy. No pics on the bday for me please. Just let me live!" -Baby Ryan! Happy 2nd birthday my princess!” Curry wrote as caption.

That was not the last of the birthday posts, however, as Ayesha shared another photo with balloons and lights later, along with a lengthy message for Ryan. The proud mom said she hopes her daughter will continue to believe in herself as she grows older. She added that she wants her daughters to know that they can achieve whatever they put their minds into. “At some point in most people's lives I feel like we stop believing,” Ayesha wrote. “Whether it be in our hopes, dreams, wants, faith, endeavors. It is my hope as her mama that as she grows she never stops believing and keeps God at her forefront.”

Aside from Ryan, Stephen and Ayesha have another daughter named Riley, who is now 4 years old. In an interview with Parents Magazine in 2016, the Golden State Warriors point guard admitted that their eldest daughter is the star of the family. Whenever they go out somewhere without her, people would ask them, “Where’s Riley?”

Stephen and Ayesha married young. He had only been 23, while she was 22 when they tied the knot. Despite their young age, the two were eager to take on the challenge of being parents. When asked about the biggest surprise in becoming parents, Ayesha believed that it was the “amount of stuff you get done in a day is insane. Like, what were we doing with our time before kids?”
