Shaquille O'Neal may have to pony up on a bet he made back when he was still playing basketball. The NBA veteran was reminded of the wager on Twitter Monday night.

"Hey," Stever Kerr, head coach of the Golden State Warriors tweeted to Shaq. "I’m going to do us both a favor and pretend that @D_West30 didn’t send this to me this morning."

Attached to the tweet was a clip of an interview the retired baller did in 2004 after making an appearance in four out of five NBA finals.

"If a coach takes a team to finals, four out of five years, I'll kiss his feet on 'Fear Factor' with cheese on it," Shaq told the interviewer.

Sure that he would never have to make good on his promise, the four-time NBA champion doubled down.

"I will," he said. "It'll never be done again."

However, it did happen again, as Kerr went to five straight NBA Finals, surpassing the four out of five bar that Shaq set. To add more insult to injury, the Golden State Warriors coach did it in his first five years as an NBA coach, according to NBC Sports.

Although Kerr didn't seem interested in fulfilling the bet, the just over seven-feet-tall sports analyst proved he is a man of his word.

"I guess I’ll c u in fear factor," he tweeted back. "And make sure it’s kraft cheese lol"
