‘Suits’ Season 7, Episode 10 Spoilers: Summer Finale Synopsis, Trailer Released

Harvey and Mike have to make sure that Andy won’t be able to prove his false accusation against Pearson Specter Litt’s (PSL) managing partner in next week’s summer finale of “Suits.”

According to the synopsis for Season 7, episode 10 of the USA Network series, Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Mike’s (Patrick J. Adams) power move to clear Mrs. Stanger’s (Krista Bridges) name is countered by Andy (Usman Ally), putting the dynamic duo’s backs up against the ropes.

In Season 7, episode 9, Andy got hold of a news article saying that Mrs. Stanger released a memo directing the illegal sale of one of the divisions of her wholesale shipping company. But because he couldn’t find the memo itself, Andy accused Harvey of burying it. Harvey denied Andy’s allegation. But when Andy claimed that Harvey has buried evidence before, Judge Ward (Nigel Shawn Williams) allowed Andy to present evidence proving it to be true, as a way of showing that it could have happened again.

When Donna (Sarah Rafferty) revealed that Andy had subpoenaed her, Harvey was convinced that the deputy attorney general would be using the Clifford Danner case against him. Since they already knew that Andy would be putting Donna on the stand to try to prove through her that Harvey knew Cameron buried evidence before, Mike suggested that they do a mock trial to prepare Donna for what’s to come. Donna agreed, but she insisted that Louis (Rick Hoffman) should be the one to run her through the mock cross-examination.

Louis initially refused to grant Donna’s request because he wrecked her the last time he put her on the stand during a mock trial. But when Donna told Louis that she’s ready for the fallout, Louis had a change of heart.

For some reason, the mock trial in next week’s episode leads Donna to open up to Mike about her relationship with Harvey. “Harvey and I don’t want to be together,” PSL’s COO tells Mike in the trailer for the episode.

“Are you sure?” Mike asks, before advising Donna to tell Harvey what she really feels.

Elsewhere in the upcoming episode, Rachel (Meghan Markle) fears that Robert’s (Wendell Pierce) judgment on the case they’re working on together is clouded by the past. And Louis aids Alex (Dulé Hill) when his client comes under fire.
