‘Suits’ Season 7 Spoilers: Louis Meets Harvey’s Girlfriend In Episode 5 Trailer

Louis (Rick Hoffman) finds out who Harvey’s (Gabriel Macht) girlfriend is in Season 7, episode 5 of “Suits.”

In the trailer for the episode, Harvey tells Louis that he’s dating his therapist, Dr. Paula Agard (Christina Cole). As expected, Louis is surprised by the news, but before he can comment about it, Harvey stops him and says, “I don’t need a lecture from you, Louis.”

Since Harvey won’t share something personal like that with Louis for no reason, it seems that Pearson Specter Litt’s managing partner is asking the financial law expert to represent Paula in a case.

Later in the promo clip, Louis and Paula meet at a restaurant, where she tells him that there are things she’s going to tell him that she doesn’t want Harvey to find out.

“There are things about this situation that I’d rather not share with Harvey,” Paula says.

“This stays between you and me,” Louis assures her.

Meanwhile, Mike (Patrick J. Adams) secretly helps Oliver (Jordan Johnson-Hinds) work on the pro bono case he previously passed on to him. But as Mike continues to work on the case, the more it becomes risky for him and Pearson Specter Litt.

In Season 7, episode 3, Mike discovered that the son of his client in the pro bono case died behind bars because the prison was understaffed. Although that information convinced Mike that they could win a lawsuit against the prison, he wasn’t able to work on the case himself because Alex (Dulé Hill) asked Harvey to pull Mike off the case because it conflicted with one of Alex’s clients.

Since the case was very close to his heart, Mike decided to pass the case off to Oliver. This move, however, upset Harvey because Alex’s client knows that Mike is connected to the legal clinic where Oliver works. To fix the issue, Harvey made Mike sign a document saying that he had nothing to do with the clinic’s lawsuit against the prison and made him promise to keep his word that he would no longer be involved in the case.

Apparently, Mike breaks his promise, and it doesn’t take that long before his fiancée, Rachel (Megan Markle), learns that he’s keeping something from her. In the trailer for next week’s episode, Rachel tells Mike that she will find out what his secret is on her own if he doesn’t tell her what’s going on.

Elsewhere in the episode, as revealed in the synopsis for the hour, Donna (Sarah Rafferty) vets a possible addition to the firm.
