Super Bowl 2022 Predictions: 5 Prop Bet Picks For Rams vs. Bengals

There are countless prop bets available for the 2022 Super Bowl. Props for rushing, passing, special teams and touchdowns are just some of the different ways to wager on Sunday’s game between the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals.

Here’s a look at five prop bets to make for Super Bowl LVI. Betting odds come from FanDuel Sportsbook:

Matthew Stafford 325-Plus Passing Yards (+205)

In the last two games, Stafford has thrown for 337 yards and 366 yards. Stafford could’ve had another massive passing performance in the wild-card round, but the Rams won so easily that they only threw the ball on one-third of their plays. Because Los Angeles has only rushed for 283 yards on 2.9 yards per carry this postseason, the Rams could rely heavily on the passing attack to move the ball in the Super Bowl.

Ja’Marr Chase Under 78.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

Chase has been held to fewer than 78 yards in 12 of Cincinnati’s 20 games. The Denver Broncos, the best pass defense the Bengals have faced to date, limited Chase to a single catch. The Rams have allowed one wide receiver to have more than 72 yards this postseason. Cornerback Jalen Ramsey and Los Angeles’ pass defense will make sure Chase doesn’t beat them.

Cooper Kupp 90-Plus Receiving Yards (-210)

It’s a virtual guarantee that Kupp will surpass the 90-yard mark. The wide receiver has done it in 18 of the team’s 20 games this season. Kupp has 325 yards in the last two games. While the Raiders and Chiefs were led by their star tight ends in playoff games against the Bengals, Cincinnati gave up 142 yards to wide receiver A.J. Brown in the divisional round.

Cincinnati D/ST Touchdown (+700)

Stafford led the NFL with 17 regular-season interceptions and has thrown four pick-sixes this season. The Bengals have six interceptions in the playoffs. The Rams have lost four fumbles this postseason. Consider Cincinnati’s defense or special teams to score the game’s first touchdown at +3400 for a long-shot bet.

Evan McPherson Over 7.5 Kicking Points (-144)

The Bengals wouldn’t be in the Super Bowl without McPherson, who has made three field goals in every playoff game. The rookie has a streak of seven straight games with at least nine points. Facing a strong Los Angeles defense, Cincinnati might be forced to settle for multiple long field goals. McPherson has made nine of his 10 attempts from at least 50 yards over the last 10 games.
