Supermodel Cindy Crawford’s Daughter Debuts as a Model in Versace Campaign (PHOTOS)

American model Cindy Crawford's daughter Kaia Gerber may be just 10 but even at such a tender age, she has all the makings of a supermodel and is often compared to her famous mother.

The little beauty seemed all natural and confident as she posed for her first campaign for an upcoming Young Versace campaign.

Dressed in designer highlights from the luxury brand, the young model posed confidently for the camera.

Crawford was reportedly thrilled for her young daughter and mentioned that she was happy as Kaia was chosen to be part of the first Young Versace Campaign. I have so many fond memories of the times I spent with Gianni and Donatella. There is something so very special about the House of Versace.

Crawford, regarded as one of the most successful American models, started her career at the age of 16 when she was discovered by a newspaper photographer. She then joined the Elite Model Management's Look of the Year contest at 17 and was the runner-up.

This was the turning point in her life, following which she featured in a number of fashion campaigns and magazine covers including Vogue, W, People, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Cosmopolitan and Allure.

This is not the first time that children of models have tried to follow in their footsteps. Previous examples include the late model Cyrinda Foxe's daughter Mia Tyler; Jerry Hall's daughter Georgia May Jagger and Nicole Murphy's daughter Bria Murphy, to name a few.
