“Supernatural” star Jensen Ackles once again proved that he is a big Batman star by dressing up as the DC Comics character for Haloween. The actor shared a set of pictures of him in the costume that looks very realistic.

“Wishing everyone a Happy and Long Halloween!” Ackles wrote on his Instagram page.

The costume was from Clockwork Shadow Creations, who is currently working on the final season of “Supernatural.”

Ackles wore the Batman costume and took some pictures in the hotel room where he was staying during Halloween. The actor was concerned that the hotel wouldn’t allow him to take pictures on the rooftop, but they did. The costume and the rooftop setting makes it feel very authentic.

“Stay safe out there, kids,” Ackles wrote.

Ackles has a long association with the Dark Knight franchise. Last year he dressed up as the Red Hood, a character that he had leant his voice to in the 2010 animation movie “Batman: Under the Red Hood.” The fans have been requesting the actor to play the live-action version of the comic book character.

Meanwhile, Ackles is busy with the final season of “Supernatural” TV series. He previously shared a behind-the-scenes picture of all the cast and crew members after wrapping filming for the day on Instagram.

“I’m happy to be surrounded by many of the people who have made it happen,” Ackles wrote. The actor shared his love for the cast and crew of the TV series, and added that the show has changed his life.

Apart from reprising his lead role as the character Dean Winchester, Ackles has also been directing episodes of “Supernatural.” He previously shared a behind-the-scenes picture and video from the production set to share how “intense” the work for the TV series can get.
