‘Sweet Autumn’ Hallmark Channel Movie Premiere: Cast, Trailer, Synopsis
Another Hallmark Fall Harvest event is coming to a close, with the premiere of 2020’s final new film before the holiday season, “Sweet Autumn,” starring Nikki DeLoach and Andrew Walker.
Fans will certainly be excited to see DeLoach and Walker, both of whom are Hallmark veterans—and who are starring in their third project together, after “A Dream of Christmas” in 2016 and “The Perfect Catch” in 2017. Of course, if Hallmarkies happened to miss those films, they likely caught DeLoach in a number of other movies, with her other titles including “Two Turtle Doves,” ”Love Takes Flight,” “Love to the Rescue,” “Reunited at Christmas,” “Truly, Madly, Sweetly” and “Christmas Land.”
Walker, meanwhile, has also starred in a number of projects, including “Christmas on my Mind,” “Merry & Bright,” “Bottled with Love,” “Love in Design,” “Wedding March 4,” “My Secret Valentine,” “Love Struck Café,” “Love on Ice,” “Date with Love,” and “Appetite for Love.”
So what will happen when these two Hallmark veterans, alongside Daian Leitold and Eugene Baffoe, team up for this Autumnal romance? Hallmark is actually keeping some details of the film quiet, but has leaked some information about the story.
“Aunt Dee splits her candy shop between her niece, Maggie (DeLoach), and maple farmer, Dex (Walker),” a synopsis for the film reads. “Following letters Dee left, the two uncover the reason for her decision, during the Sweet Autumn festival.”
Did Aunt Dee have matchmaking on her mind? Find out when “Sweet Autumn” premieres Saturday, Oct. 17 at 9 p.m. EDT on Hallmark Channel.
