Google released a Gmail iPhone, iPad and iPod app Wednesday hoping to streamline Apple users' Gmail experience and encourage more users to switch to the Google email platform. The new iPhone, iPad and iPod app was recalled due to a bug with notifications and Google pulled the iOS app to fix the problem.
