Tara Reid Has Emotional Break Down On Season 5 Of ‘Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars;’ Wants To Protect Her ‘Children’
Can Tara Reid face the hard truth? That’s what the actress will be required to do in the upcoming, Season 5 installment of WE tv’s “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Star.” But according to a the trailer for episode 7, titled “Trainwrecking,” it appears that the “Sharknado” star will only get hit with more drama come Friday.
In a “Marriage Boot Camp” exercise, relationship counselor Elizabeth Carroll discusses the drama surrounding Tara. “I’m sensing that you have some bitterness and some leftover stuff that is spilling over into your life,” Elizabeth says to the distraught participant.
Eyes well up with tears, Tara replies to the counselor that she doesn’t want “them” (her fellow co-stars) to “have to deal with” her issues. “I don’t want to do this,” she adds. “It’s not your fault. It’s my fault for letting all of this ever happen.”
To help Tara face herself and “for letting all this s--- happen,” Elizabeth instructs the reality star to confront herself in a mirror — a part that is played by Elizabeth’s co-director Ilsa Norman.
“I did everything I can to try to keep people out of getting into trouble, keep people out of the bulls----, try to protect everyone,” Reid says into the “mirror.” “If they’re not okay, then I’m not okay.”
As Tara expresses her feelings, her boyfriend, Dean May, watches his girlfriend from afar in embarrassment. “She’s making herself look like a crazy person,” he tells his co-star Toya Wright, revealing that Tara is intoxicated. “She’s the worst on alcohol — ever.”
That’s when Tara begins talking about her children despite not having any. “You could talk s--- about me, but you talk about my children — I’ll go crazy,” she says.
“She’s trainwrecking,” May says to Toya before deciding to step in to prevent Tara from continuing. “Just get it over with and get out. Come on, wrap it up,” he tells Tara, infuriating her. Although Elizabeth and Isla prompt Tara to stay and continue exploring her feelings, she angrily leaves the exercise.
“Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars” airs Fridays at 9 p.m. EDT on WE tv.
