Taye Diggs Dating Already? Actor Leaves Club With Younger Woman Weeks After Announcing Split From Wife Idina Menzel [PHOTO]

Taye Diggs has seemingly moved on already, after announcing his separation from wife Idina Menzel. The 43-year-old was photographed in West Hollywood Thursday night leaving 1 OAK nightclub with an attractive younger female.

Diggs was dressed down in blue jeans, Converse sneakers, a striped shirt, cardigan, and fedora, while his mystery date was chic in all black with blue pumps. It seems they did not like the attention, as the “Best Man” actor distanced himself from the woman, while she held her clutch in front of her with both hands.

Diggs and Menzel, a Broadway musical performer, seemed like a promising couple, even singing a duet together during her PBS concert special in 2012. But they announced in December that they were splitting after 10 years of marriage and several years of dating before tying the knot and then having a child in 2009.

“Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs have jointly decided to separate at this time," reps for the couple told People. "Their primary focus and concern is for their son. We ask that you respect their privacy during this time."

Prior to their split, Menzel spoke about her marriage, saying, "We work at it. I'm not going to glamorize it or glorify it – we go through tough times like everybody else, but we love each other very much. We try not to be away from each other for more than two weeks at a time, and we try to find new ways to communicate."
