Taylor Swift, Joe Alwyn ‘Will Figure Things Out’ While She’s On Tour

Taylor Swift is bound to go on a year-long tour next year to promote her latest album, “Reputation.”

But the singer’s busy schedule could only mean she will be spending less time with her British boyfriend, Joe Alwyn. A source told People that Swift and Alwyn are not worried about not seeing each other that much because they will definitely figure things out when the time comes.

“When Taylor tours internationally next year, they will figure it out. This is not anything they are stressing about. Their relationship is amazing, because they are both committed to making it work. It’s just a very normal and respectful relationship, built on give and take. Joe is a gentleman and just a great guy to date,” the source said.

Meanwhile, next year won’t be the first time for Swift and Alwyn to talk about their busy schedules. The couple had to adjust this year due to Alwyn’s acting career. “When Joe is filming, Taylor flies to see him as much as she can – most recently in Atlanta,” the source shared.

Swift, whose “Reputation” album officially passed the 1,050,000 sales as of Monday, received support from Alwyn over her new music. “Joe shares her excitement. They are very happy together. They are both extremely hard working, focused and supportive of each other’s careers,” the source said.

Alwyn and Swift first made headlines earlier this year after they were spotted hanging out with each other. In June, E! News reported that Swift has been traveling back and forth from Nashville to England to be with her boyfriend. Alwyn has also visited Swift in her hometown and in New York City.

Prior to dating Alwyn, Swift was linked to Tom Hiddleston. The short-lived relationship came to light after the former couple was spotted kissing each other near Swift’s home in Rhode Island. Before dating Hiddleston, Swift dated Calvin Harris for a year.

The “Red” singer also dated John Meyer from November 2009 to February 2010; Jake Gyllenhaal from October 2010 to January 2011; Connor Kennedy from July 2012 to September 2012; and Harry Styles from December 2012 to January 2013.
