Taylor Swift Reportedly Wants To Copy Meghan Markle, Prince Harry's Wedding
Taylor Swift, 29, and Joe Alwyn, 28, have been uncharacteristically mum about their relationship ever since. Two years have passed, yet the former girlfriend of Harry Styles has never shared detail about her romance with the English actor, not even on her social media accounts. Because of this, numerous rumors and speculations have hounded their quite love life.
Now, reports claim that Taylor and Joe are planning for their wedding already after they were engaged secretly. An unnamed source told Life&Style that Joe popped the question and the “Paper Ring” singer answered him with a sweet yes. The same tipster even claimed that Taylor is planning to copy Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding.
Taylor Swift, according to the insider, wants to tie the knot in a church, wear a white dress and feel like a Royal princess on her wedding day. “Taylor and Joe would both want to start the baby planning on their romantic honeymoon,” it added.
Earlier this year, reports about Joe Alwyn planning on proposing to Taylor Swift spread like wildfire. “Joe is very keen on proposing soon,” an unidentified source exclusively told Us Weekly. “But he wants to make it unforgettable and extremely special.” The same insider claimed that Taylor would be “over the moon” to be engaged with her “dream guy.”
Taylor and Joe first sparked dating rumors in May 2017. Metro UK was first to break the news about “I Forgot That You Existed” singer's new love interest after her split with Tim Hiddleston. The entertainment news outlet claimed the two had been seeing each other for several months before they decided to bring their friendship to the next level.
On Sept. 2018, Joe Alwyn talked about Taylor Swift for the first time. The British star told Vogue UK that he and his girlfriend have been very successful in keeping their relationship private and away from the scrutinizing eye of the public. However, Joe told the publication that he does not want to talk about Taylor as much as possible.
As of now, neither Taylor Swift nor Joe Alwyn has confirmed these never-ending engagement rumors. So, it is best for fans to take these unverified claims lightly until the couple makes an official announcement.
