Taylor Swift Traveling To Scotland With Boyfriend Calvin Harris, Will Reportedly Meet His Parents

It appears things are getting serious for Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris. Rumor has it the “Bad Blood” songstress is gearing up to meet her musical beau’s family across the pond.

Us Weekly reports that Harris, 31, has plans to introduce his 25-year-old girlfriend to his parents. “They’re planning a trip to the UK with a few days in Scotland so she can meet his parents,” an insider reportedly “close” to the couple told the magazine.

While Swift is rumored to be meeting up with Harris’ parents in the near future, it is worth noting this isn’t her first trip outside the mainland with the "Feel So Close" performer. Swift visited London, England, with Harris in June. The couple shared a now-famous image during their vacation, a photo of themselves joined by Swift’s ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas and friends Gigi Hadid and Karlie Kloss on a boat in the Rivers Thames. People reports there were two other notable guests on the trip: Swift’s parents, Scott Kingsley Swift and Andrea Finlay.

The musicians were first speculated to be dating in February. They confirmed their relationship in May by attending the 2015 Billboard Music Awards together in Las Vegas, Nevada. During the awards show, Swift repeatedly hugged Harris each time she was called onstage to accept an award and at one point, was captured on film giving him a swift kiss on the cheek.

The duo has since shared several images of one another on social media. “Friendly relations between Scotland and America,” Swift captioned her most recent photo of Harris on Instagram. The image showed Swift receiving a piggyback ride from Harris in a beachy locale. Earlier in the summer Swift shared a photo of herself and Harris getting cozy on a Swan-shaped pool float. “Swan goals,” she captioned the image.

Harris has also used social media in recent weeks to gush about his better half. “She cooks too,” he captioned a photo of Swift grilling ahead of July Fourth weekend.

So, what’s next to the two musical love birds? Last month Swift revealed that she has babies on the brain. According to a report from E! Online, Swift told ITV News that she pictures herself having a family in 10 years time. "She hopes to have a family by then," the site reported, "but also admits she does worry about protecting her children due to her fame."
