Taylor Swift has done it again!

One to make a splash without saying anything at all, Swift is turning Eclipse Day into yet another Taylor Swift Day. After deleting all of her posts and photos on Twitter and Instagram throughout Friday and the weekend, Swift returned to social media on Monday at exactly 12 p.m. EST with a 10-second video.

Since the deletion of her posts, fans have been guessing that the release of new Swift music was imminent, but if it is, this new cryptic video isn’t giving much away.

The short clip is simply a dark tail, possibly of a snake, moving slowly in the middle of a black background. Nothing else, not even sound, is there with it.

Could this mean TS6, a sixth album from the “Shake It Off” singer is on its way? Only time will tell, but fans on Twitter seem to think so.

If everyone thought the eclipse was the biggest thing to happen today, Swift is here to tell everyone they’re wrong. Very wrong.

The 27-year-old singer has been out of the spotlight recently, only popping back in briefly to handle the groping lawsuit between her and a former DJ last week. Swift won the case before dropping back into the darkness, and bringing her social media accounts with her.

The last album Swift put out was “1989” in 2014 and she’s long overdue for a new one, as this is the longest she’s gone in-between albums. For the first five, she had two years between them all. It’s been almost three years since her last album and everyone’s getting antsy for her sixth album, dubbed “TS6” by the Twitterverse.

She gave fans a little something to hold them over in the form of “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever,” the duet she recorded with Zayn for the “Fifty Shades Darker” soundtrack in 2016. The track was a bonafide hit, of course, only leaving fans hungry for more. Luckily fans also got some extra Swift songwriting in their lives, as the “Blank Space” singer wrote Little Big Town’s song “Better Man,” also in 2016, for their seventh album. While it’s not a Swift-sung track, it’s still penned by her and has all the usual characteristics.

A little attention was also given to the star when she decided to release all of her albums on Spotify, the same day that Katy Perry released her new album. The importance of this was not lost on anyone as the two singers had a very public falling-out and have a lot of bad blood between them.

Now it seems like Swift is ready to move on, but she’s just not ready to share exactly what that will look, or sound, like. Yet.

This short Instagram video is surely just the beginning of an announcement three years in the making, but what exactly that announcement will be is still under wraps.

For now, we’ll just have to keep trying to decipher the short clip, one viewing at a time.
