Teacher Porn Scandal: Roland W. Allegedly Watches Adult Content In Front Of Young Students

A German teacher has been accused by students aged 12 to 13 of watching pornography during their science class. Roland W. was questioned by authorities after parents reported him in September when their children told them what they had seen.

The teacher in question taught at a private school, Otto-Kuhne, outside Bonn, one of Germany’s oldest cities. Sweden’s The Local reports that his house was searched, his laptop confiscated, and is being investigated by prosecutors. Parents were notified of the situation by the school via email: “Measures have been taken to ensure that any chance of putting the children in danger has been ruled out.”

If found guilty of exposing youths to pornography, Roland W. could face up to a year in prison, or be subject to a fine.

This is not the first time a teacher has been accused of watching adult material at school. In April, Aaron Kozlowski, 31, was charged with four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child in Long Island. The physical education teacher, who taught at North Shore Middle School for nine years, was allegedly watching porn and touching himself indecently while in his office. Three 12-year-old students and one 13-year-old claimed to have witnessed the incident. He was later cleared in the case after one of the accusers recanted their story and the other students stopped cooperating with investigators.
