Analysts Say China Has 'Ability And Resolve' To Make Its Chips Despite US Curbs

Some chip industry analysts are optimistic that China can and probably will build its own semiconductors even as the U.S., the Netherlands and Japan have imposed export controls to critical technology needed to make the chips. China recently retaliated, targeting Idaho's Micron, tagging it as a company that poses national security risks.
