Jenelle Evans’ mother will complain about her daughter’s relationship with David Eason on the next “Teen Mom 2.” MTV

Intense is one word to describe the upcoming installment of “Teen Mom 2” Season 7. Episode 18 of the MTV docuseries will follow the continued speculation around Jenelle Evans’ pregnancy and Adam Lind’s failure to cooperate with production. Check out all the sneak peek clips for “Heartache” below.

Adam’s Upset

After ditching the “Teen Mom 2” production crew, Adam Lind gets an earful from one producer in this sneak peek. While Chelsea Houska is shown watching their daughter Aubree play softball, Mandi approaches Adam to ask about his lack of participation in the show. “I do whatever I want,” Adam says of his decision to drive away in episode 17, despite his previous agreement to film with Aubree.

Adam goes on to state that the best thing for his is to not film. When Mandi questions why he is putting himself in a situation to make him look bad on camera, Adam accuses the show of turning him into a villain.

“You guys do that,” he says. “You guys are going to play it off in your little editing room.”

Episode 18 won’t be all about Adam, though. The episode will also show Chelsea and Cole DeBoer tease the idea of delaying their wedding.

Isaac Learns The Truth

Isaac reveals he bared witness to a fight between his mom Kail Lowry and her estranged husband Javi Marroquin while speaking to his dad Jo. (According to MTV’s synopsis, the fight with Kail happened after Javi showed up announced.) Isaac shares that while he’s no longer upset, he’s confused about why Kail won’t let him look at Javi’s new home and his brother Lincoln, whom Kail and Javi share, can. Jo tells Isaac he’ll work out the issue and that “Javi’s not going anywhere.”

Pregnant or Not?

When Barbara takes Jenelle’s son Jace out for some tea, she talks to a producer about her daughter’s speculated pregnancy. Barbara says Jace has no idea who could soon be welcoming a third sibling. Barbara adds that she thinks Jenelle’s boyfriend, David Eason, has a lot of “control” over her and that they both don’t want her around.
