'Teen Mom 2's' Adam Lind Rescued From Fiery Crash
“Teen Mom 2” star Adam Lind escaped from a fiery crash on Friday in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, TMZ wrote. The car accident almost claimed several lives, but luckily no one was harmed. Lind was pulled from the wreckage right before it exploded.
Law enforcement officials explained to the news site Lind was driving his 2001Corvette Z06 too fast when he hit an 87-year-old woman driving a Lincoln Town Car. There was a 94-year-old passenger in the car with her, cops said.
Luckily, there were nearby onlookers who witnessed the crash and pulled Lind and the others to safety before his Corvette was engulfed in flames seconds after they was taken out of the vehicle. TMZ added all three involved in the accident were taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Lind is the ex-boyfriend of Chelsea Houska, who is one of the four main “Teen Moms” to appear on the MTV reality show, which is currently in its fifth series. Right now, the episodes are showing when Lind and his new girlfriend Taylor Halbur had their daughter Paislee. Houska and her ex share daughter Aubree, 4, together.
Though Houska didn’t comment on Lind’s near death experience, Halbur wrote on Twitter that people shouldn’t take life for granted. "Sometimes we forget how precious life is,” she wrote. “Never take it for granted. It is a fragile thing and we never know what the future holds."
The new season of the hit show airs on MTV every Tuesday night at 10/9c.
