“Teen Wolf” Season 4 just keeps putting the Beacon Hills kids in danger. Episode 8 is ominously titled “Time Of Death,” and it isn’t just Scott’s friends who are in danger.

According to the synopsis, Scott goes through with a “dangerous plan.” What is this dangerous plan? It’s hard to say, but Scott probably thinks it will bring him closer to finding the Benefactor. This isn’t just dangerous by Scott’s standards, though. The promo shows that Kira’s mom, Noskiko, a 900-year-old kitsune, disapproves of the plan. Chris Argent helped devise the plan, and he might not be the most careful man since his daughter’s death. It will definitely land Scott in the hospital. Check out the promo below:

Mysteriously missing from the promo is Malia. In episode 7, Malia not only learned about her name on the dead pool, but also that Peter is her father. According to the synopsis, the werecoyote “confronts her past.” The teenagers wanted to hide Malia’s parentage from both of them, but now that Malia knows, will she tell Peter? She knows that he isn’t one of the good guys. Stiles has never been okay with the older Hale, and he was sure to fill Malia in on the ugly details of Peter’s past. But her father isn’t her only new family member. In episode 6, Malia had the chance to bond with her cousin Derek while they looked for Satomi’s pack. Malia might go to Derek before she goes to Peter.

It’s also important to remember that Malia was raised by a man she believed to be her father. She wasn’t aware that he wasn’t her biological father. Confronting her past could mean talking to Mr. Tate about why he didn’t tell her about her parentage.
