‘Teen Wolf’ Season 6 Spoilers: Episode 3 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In ‘Sundowning’? [VIDEO]

The pack is making progress. In the last episode of “Teen Wolf” Season 6, Lydia remembered Stiles’ name, but they’ll need a lot more than a name. The Ghost Riders and the Wild Hunt have seemingly erased all traces of Stiles, and the students will need proof that someone is missing from their lives. They’ll look for more clues in Season 6, episode 3.

“Scott, Lydia and Malia search for Stiles,” the synopsis says. That’s pretty obvious, but it looks like they’ll go to the right person for help. In the episode 3 sneak-peek video (above), Scott (Tyler Posey) and Lydia (Holland Roden) go to the Sheriff (Linden Ashby) for help. Will his newly undead wife Claudia (Joey Honsa) be willing to help too? She doesn’t seem convinced that the teenagers have a case.

Elsewhere on the MTV drama, it looks like Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) and the younger crew will be trying to prevent anyone else from getting erased. “Liam and the others throw a party to keep a friend safe from the Ghost Riders,” the summary reveals.

In the promo video above, Scott tells Liam to keep someone named Gwen safe. It doesn’t look like the plan works. Corey (Michael Johnston) yells for everyone to leave, and the Ghost Riders seem to crash the shindig.

A different promo video below makes it seem like more than one person will be targeted. “They’re all gonna be taken,” Scott says ominously.

The title for Season 6, episode 3 is “Sundowning.” According to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, sundowning is a synoptom of dementia. It’s when the patient becomes more agitated, hyperactive or confused around the time when day becomes night.

Dementia comes up often on “Teen Wolf.” Of course, a person losing memories is a symptom of the disease, and that’s a big theme of the season. However, the show has also handled the disease more directly. Claudia died from frontotemporal dementia, and in Season 3, Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) feared he would have it too.
