Teresa Giudice’s latest social media post has led some fans to believe that she plans to change her name after marrying her fiancé Luis “Louie” Ruelas.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star took to Instagram Monday to upload a snap showcasing her new customized luggage from Lily & Bean with her initials printed on the front.

Eagle-eyed fans quickly noticed that the initials used could be indicative of her name-changing plans after her wedding. The initials printed on her luggage were “TGR” instead of “TG” for Teresa Giudice.

“She’s adding Ruelas to her name,” one fan wrote, suggesting that Teresa could be getting rid of her Giudice surname from her ex-husband Joe Giudice and taking Ruelas’ last name in marriage.

“TGR could be Teresa Gorga Ruelas, since she’s divorced from Joe, she really isn’t a Giudice anymore,” another commented.

“I hope you don’t get burned by this guy! It is bad luck to do a name change before marriage,” a third user opined.

Meanwhile, many fans opted not to pay attention to the negativity and criticisms against Teresa in her latest post. Several complimented the bride-to-be for looking beautiful in the snap she shared.

Giudice had to make some last-minute changes when Ramona Singer accidentally leaked her wedding invitation online. Earlier this month, she showed off her new wedding invitation to her fans on social media.

Last week, Giudice and Ruelas revisited the exact spot where they met for the first time two years ago. She posted a photo of her rocking a long dress with a thigh-high slit and a sun hat while posing beside Ruelas under the street signs for Bay Boulevard and New Jersey Avenue.
