Teresa Giudice and Luis “Louie” Ruelas are taking their relationship to the next level, according to a report.

The 49-year-old “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star is said to be in the process of moving in with her 46-year-old businessman boyfriend after the pair bought their soon-to-be love nest, Page Six reported Friday.

Giudice shared their journey of buying and designing their shared property via her Instagram Stories this week. In one post, she revealed that many of their items were delivered to their estate Thursday.

The reality star and her beau bought the property in February as a “business investment,” with sources telling the outlet that they shelled out $3.35 million.

One tipster told Page Six that their seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom love nest is a “Beverly Hills-style mansion in New Jersey” that is “absolutely breathtaking.”

In her Instagram Stories, Giudice shared that they got a lot of help from their builder and their interior designer in preparing the house. “They paid significant attention to detail,” added the source.

It’s not yet clear when the two are moving in. For now, Giudice is still staying in her Montville home that was featured on the reality show back in March. However, the moving process could happen soon since Giudice has already sold her Montville property for $2.2 million.

Giudice and Ruelas have not been shy about showing off their love on social media. Just last week, the Bravo star shared a snap she took with her lover when they were in New York City and wrote “I [love] you” in the caption.

Ruelas has also been actively sharing posts from their date nights and weekend getaways on his Instagram. The entrepreneur even writes romantic messages for his partner in his posts.

On the reality show, Giudice appeared to be keen on downsizing when she was looking for a new house. But she clearly changed her mind when she bought the estate with Ruelas, and a big part of the reason might have been their children.

Giudice has four daughters with ex-husband Joe Giudice, Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 12. On the other hand, Ruelas has two sons from a previous relationship. It’s not clear if all of their kids will be living with them in their new home.
