Tesla's Elon Musk Offers Humorous Opinion On Bill Gates, Egyptian Pyramid Origins
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has become known for his innovative business ideas over the years, but many fans of the SpaceX founder have also been entertained by his humorous tweets.
Over the past 48 hours, Musk has issued a series of posts on his Twitter account that cover a surprising range of topics, including aliens, the Egyptian pyramids, and Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
In the first tweet posted Thursday, he addressed rumors about Gates, which emerged after the tech founder discussed Musk in an interview with CNBC. During the conversation, Gates touched on Musk's decision to call concern over the coronavirus pandemic "dumb."
"Elon’s positioning is to maintain a high level of outrageous comments. He’s not much involved in vaccines. He makes a great electric car. And his rockets work well. So he’s allowed to say these things. I hope that he doesn’t confuse areas he’s not involved in too much," Gates told the outlet.
As seen below, the Tesla founder then addressed Gates' comments by tweeting that any rumors of a romance between them are "completely untrue" and stated "Billy G is not my lover," which seemingly referenced Michael Jackson's 1988 song, "Billie Jean." Musk then pinned the previous tweet to the top of his profile.

Both posts can be seen below.
This is not the first time that the entrepreneur has talked about aliens. He also discussed the topic during the World Artificial Intelligence conference in Shanghai in 2019.
"There are people out there who think we have found aliens," he said at the time. "Trust me, I would know. We have not."
