Texas Woman Allegedly Stabs Boyfriend After Accusing Him Of Infidelity; Arrested

A woman in Texas was arrested for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend during an altercation that began with her accusing him of texting other women.

The Wichita Falls Police Department responded to a residence on Humphreys Street at around 8.45 p.m. Tuesday after receiving a call about a stabbing, KAUZ reported.

The unidentified victim told the police he was sitting on the couch when his girlfriend of four years, Sintera Mask, accused him of texting other women. He said he then wanted to leave, and was gathering his belongings when Mask stood in front of him in the kitchen.

Mask told him he can't leave until he paid her the money he owed for dropping him and picking him up from work.

The woman then stabbed the boyfriend on the left side of his abdomen with a knife she grabbed from the kitchen counter. She also tried to stop the bleeding with a small towel, according to Texomashomepage.com.

The victim said he went out and called 911 when Mask was getting something else.

She then cleaned up the blood inside, while the police were on their way. The woman later admitted to the officers about trying to clean the blood off the ground.

The officers also found the knife seemed to have been washed before they arrived.

Mask was arrested and remained jailed in Wichita County on bonds that amount to $75,000. She was facing charges of aggravated assault - family violence with a deadly weapon and tampering with evidence.

The current condition of the victim is not known.

Mask had a brush with law enforcement officials in 2019 when she was arrested during a capital murder investigation.

She and her sister were arrested that year in Wichita Falls for a murder in Metroplex. Mask was charged with fabricating evidence at the time, while her sister was charged with harboring a fugitive.

In an unrelated incident that was reported in September, a man in Brazil was arrested for allegedly stabbing his girlfriend during a heated argument about infidelity. Bruno Venceslau, 22, went through his girlfriend's phone, while she was asleep and found a message that apparently suggested she was cheating. An argument eventually broke out between them, and Venceslau stabbed her at least five times.
