Textechnologies Inc. said on Friday it has acquired UK printing company, Centrabell Ltd.

Centrabell, which trades under the name TekPrint, had revenues over $5-million in both 2004 and 2005.

As part of Tekprint's plan to further develop its sales initiatives, the company had decided to expand its sales workforce and telesales channels, according to a released statement. Tekprint expressed enthusiasm over the acquisition as the combined infrastructure from both companies, under new management is expected to bring an increase in revenue.

TekPrint provides services to a variety of companies such as Zurich Insurance, Bayer, Rothschild's, Tyco, Mercedes and various governmental and municipal bodies.
