These Movies Are Leaving Netflix In June 2019

Netflix is doing its monthly cleaning, and that means some major titles are expiring. Be sure to stream these movies before they leave Netflix in June.

“Legally Blonde” is leaving Netflix along with its less-beloved sequel. The Reese Witherspoon movies aren’t the only comedies exiting. “Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves,” “National Lampoon’s Van Wilder” and “Inspector Gadget 2” are all disappearing.

Disney is also continuing to take titles away from the streaming platform. The Mouse House has been slowly taking its titles off Netflix as they prepare to launch their own streaming service, Disney+, in November. Marvel Studios’ “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” will leave Netflix in June along with several animated Disney movies, including “An Extremely Goofy Movie,” “101 Dalmatians,” “The Fox and the Hound 2” and “The Jungle Book: Mowgli’s Story.”

It’s not just comedies and family-friendly movies leaving Netflix in June. Some horror flicks will say goodbye as well. “Freddy vs. Jason,” “Friday the 13th,” “Jason X” and “My Bloody Valentine” are among the scary movies expiring.
