Thomas Rhett, Lauren Akins Welcome Baby No. 4; Couple Calls It A 'Legit Miracle'

Thomas Rhett took to Instagram Wednesday evening to inform his 4.3 million fans that he welcomed baby no. 4 with his wife Lauren Akins.

The 31-year-old singer revealed the name of their baby girl as Lillie Carolina Akins. He also noted that the baby was born on Monday and the bundle of joy weighed 7.5 pounds.

Rhett posted a photo featuring the newborn baby resting on her mother's arm while Rhett could be seen gushing over the baby.

"Lillie Carolina Akins _ born November 15th. 7.5 pounds of pure joy _ @laur_akins you are my hero," he wrote in the caption. "Watching a child being born is legit a miracle. 4 under 6 here we go!" he added.

Celebs and fans took to the comments section to congratulate the couple.

Singer Nicolle Galyon commented, "4 under 6 is a club I never knew existed. wowzer" while Allen Stone, another singer, wrote, "Congratulations! Such a joy."

One of the fans wrote, "My heart sending you guys so much love congrats on another beautiful baby _❤ ️ my heart." Most fans noted that this is a precious moment for the couple and congratulated them.

Akins, on the other hand, also shared a photo of the little one. In the photo, the mother of four could be seen gently placing a kiss on the baby's lips.

"Our little miss Lillie Carolina Akins _ was born on November 15th and our family couldn’t be more over the moon about our littlest joy," Akins captioned the photo adding, "Just love hearing her name as the sweetest reminder of how much God cares for us."

Rhett and Akins got married in 2012. Besides Lillie Carolina, the couple share three more kids together - Willa, 6, Ada James, 4 and Lennon Love, 1.

On the work front, Rhett was featured along with Kane Brown and Ava Max for a music video, "On Me," which was created for the animated movie "Scoob!" The music video was dropped on May 15, 2020.

Rhett will be part of the Tortuga Music Festival along with musicians Luke Comb and Morgan Warren. The event is scheduled for April 8-10, 2022, and will be held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
