T.I., Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris Accused Of Sexual Assault By 3 More Women: Report
KEY POINTS
- Three more women came forward with allegations of sexual assault against T.I. and Tiny Harris, a report says
- The alleged victims claimed they were drugged and raped by the couple
- T.I. and Tiny, through their lawyer, have denied all allegations
Three more women have come forward and accused T.I. and Tameka "Tiny" Harris of rape, a report says. The couple has denied all allegations.
A spokesperson for attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn told Page Six that three more alleged victims have retained him. The lawyer is "speaking with investigators from multiple jurisdictions to pursue criminal charges" against the rapper and his wife, the rep said.
One of the women, 20, alleged that the couple "pulled out a pill and forced her to swallow it" during their encounter at a nightclub in Miami in 2010, the spokesperson said. According to the rep, the woman claimed that T.I. and Tiny took her to a hotel in South Beach, where their security allegedly took her phone and the rapper "forced her to take a powdered substance from his finger."
"[Tiny] undressed her and proceeded to engage in sexual intercourse. She said her body was numb, the room was slowing down, and she could not consent," the spokesperson told Page Six.
The second alleged victim came forward with similar claims and alleged that T.I. and a male friend drugged and raped her in a hotel in Miami on Memorial Day Weekend in 2010. The third woman who approached Blackburn claimed that she was "drugged... and sex trafficked in Nevada, California and Florida," the spokesperson added.
T.I. and Tiny's lawyer denied all allegations in March, saying they were a "shakedown." The lawyer said Friday that their "position remains the same."
"We are still waiting for the anonymous accusers to reveal themselves to the public and the Harrises. Their continued unwillingness and refusal to do so compromises and undermines every single allegation being made," the lawyer told Page Six.
Blackburn represents several other accusers of T.I. and Tiny. In March, the New York-based lawyer sent letters to state and federal prosecutors as well as attorneys in general in Georgia and California calling for criminal investigation on behalf of 11 victims, Vulture reported.
Blackburn said that the alleged victims have accused T.I. and his wife of "eerily similar events of sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terroristic threats and false imprisonment." The letters also alleged involvement or sexual assault by the celebrities' associates.
The accusations against the couple started when Sabrina Peterson came forward on social media in January with allegations from dozens of alleged victims. At the time, the couple's lawyer told Vulture they "emphatically deny in the strongest way possible the egregiously appalling allegations being made against them by Sabrina Peterson."
After Peterson made her accusations, Vh1 suspended production of their reality show, "T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle."
