A Florida Highway Patrol official suspected Tiger Woods drank alcohol they day he crashed his SUV into a hydrant according to a subpoena requested by the officer.

The State Attorney's Office rejected the November 30 request by the trooper for an investigative subpoena for Woods' blood test results on grounds of insufficient information provided.

According to the document the crime was listed as, Driving Under the Influence with Property Damage.
