Former reality TV star Tila Tequila is reportedly recovering after a week-long stint in a hospital. The A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila star suffered a brain aneurysm along with a drug overdose.

RadarOnline.com reports that the brain aneurysm nearly killed 30-year-old Tequila. A source told the site that she currently can't fully speak properly, and may have some permanent brain damage.

According to TMZ, Tila Tequila's roommate insisted that the reality star was hell bent on doing herself in, and had tried to kill herself all week. Released from the hospital on Monday, the 4'11 reality starlet dropped from 100 pounds to 78 pounds.

RadarOnline.com spoke to a source that said Tila Tequila, birth name Tila Nguyen, suffered a brain aneurysm in the middle of the night, and the pain caused her to take two bottles of unspecified heavy prescription drugs.

The source told the gossip site that Tila threw up all over her bed after overdosing and felt like she was dying. She was screaming for help, and in desperation broke her bedroom window and attempted to jump out. Tequila was found convulsing on a bed by a friend.

This isn't the first time Tila Tequila has been linked to drug problems. In 2010, RadarOnline.com reported that the reality star was addicted to snorting Ambien.
