Tila Tequila Warns Porn Industry After Olivia Nova Death, 'Better Get Out'

Former reality TV star Tila Tequila warned the adult film industry in a Facebook post Tuesday after the death of porn star Olivia Nova. In the last few months, there has been a spate of deaths among young porn stars, including Yuri Luv, 31, August Ames, 23, and Shyla Stylez, 35.

Nova was found dead in Las Vegas Sunday and her representative confirmed the news Monday. Last month, the 20-year-old actress from Minnesota posted to her fans on social media about her spending the Christmas holiday alone. In the post, she said she wanted to "give a fan a call" to "lift my spirits." The cause of Nova's death remains unknown.

While many felt sorry for Nova's untimely death, Tequila mocked the tragedy saying she had prayed for more deaths and deadly diseases for people working in adult films and God "is now working his way to make this happen."

"Looks like more pornstars are dying or have died! Yikes! You all better get out of this industry asap because more deaths and deadly diseases will hit this particular industry very soon because I prayed for it to be! God is now working his way to make this happen! Don't say I didn't warn you all! I suggest those in the porn industry to repent of your sins so that you MAY be saved! FOR THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those who laugh will be mourning and looks like that hour of mourning is finally here!!!! Nova's death came just a year after her boyfriend killed himself after she began working in the porn industry.

"While only represented by Direct Models for a short period of time, we came to know Olivia as a beautiful girl with a very sweet and gentle personality," LA Direct Models said, according to XBIZ.com.

"It is understood next of kin have been informed," they added. "Another one, way too young we are beyond shocked and most certainly, completely out of the blue. Rest in peace, sweet angel."

In December, porn star August Ames died of asphyxia due to hanging. Ames killed herself after being subjected to cyber-bullying. She appeared in more than 270 adult films after making her debut in 2013.

Ames suffered from bipolar depression and multiple personality disorder. Her mother dealt with bipolar disorder too.

"Some days I'll be fine and if I'm not doing anything I'll get these awful flashbacks of my childhood and I get very depressed," Ames said on the Holly Randall Unfiltered podcast in August. "I can't get out of bed and cancel my scenes for like a week or two."
