The meeting between the monsters and the foreign officials continues as Rimuru announces something important in "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2, Episode 39, which is titled "Ramiris' Warning."

The previous episode concluded with the sudden appearance of Ramiris, who is the Fairy Queen of the Labyrinth. The official website has released the synopsis and spoiler stills of "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2, Episode 39 teasing Ramiris' vague warning concerning the future of Tempest.

Meanwhile, Rimuru will announce the new king of Falmuth in the upcoming installment.

In Episode 38 of "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" Season 2, Laplace was confronted by a vampire in the Inner Sanctum of Holy Empire Ruberios. The vampire attacked Laplace and the scene changed to Laplace in a meeting room with the Grandmaster Yuuki Kagurazaka.

Laplace went on to praise him and his scheme against the slime. Kagurazaka was not impressed and reminded Laplace that he cannot back out of the job.

During the meeting, Kagurazaka made Laplace meet a female elf named Kagali. The three discussed the Western Holy Church and the attack on Laplace.

In Tempest, the monsters and the foreign dignitaries began their meeting. Toward the end of Episode 38, Ramiris suddenly appeared and shared something about the future of the kingdom.

"As prominent figures from several nations assemble in Tempest for a meeting, Laplace and his companions formulate a plan centered around Clayman. Then someone familiar joins the discussion..." read the synopsis of Episode 38, according to Crunchyroll.
