Tina Fey reveals on Oprah Winfrey Show she is 5-month pregnant with second child

Close on the heels of the launch of her new book 'Bossypants' that chronicles her experience as a working mom, '30 Rock' star Tina Fey has announced that she is pregnant with her second child.

Tina revealed that she is expecting her second child at the taping of The Oprah Winfrey Show. The 40-year-old actress is now five months pregnant. A representative of the comedian has also confirmed the reports.

The '30 Rock' actress and creator already has a five-year-old daughter Alice with her husband Jeff Richmond.

Speaking on the pressures of juggling a career and family, Tina had said earlier, I never really believed it before, but when you have a child, there really aren't enough hours in the day to do anything... Basically, any free time that isn't spent looking after our daughter or working goes on sleeping.

Incidentally, 'Bossypants', which was released just days ago, also deals with Tina's struggles as a working mom.

Speaking about the forthcoming book back in March 2011, Tina had said, My daughter brought home a book called My Working Mom. It had a witch on the cover, and I was like 'this hurts my feelings.' She was like 'mom, I can't read. I thought it was a Halloween book.'

The biggest thing you realize when you have a kid is how many other people in your workplace are dealing with that.

When you're single, you're like 'let's work 'til 10.' You don't care. Once you have a kid, you're like 'oh yeah, if I'm exhausted because my kid was up all night with a cold, so are ten other people.' It makes you more of a sympathetic human being.

Tina will celebrate her ten-year anniversary with hubby Jeff Richmond in June.
