Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen celebrated his eldest son Jack's birthday on Instagram.

Brady's son Jack, whose real name is John Edward Thomas Moynahan, turned 14 years old on Sunday. Jack is Brady's son with his ex Bridget Moynahan. The NFL superstar shared on Instagram a photo of his teenage son standing on a golf course.

"Happy 14th birthday Jack! I am so proud of the young man you are. You always try your best, you put others first, and you bring so much joy to our lives," the 44-year-old Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback wrote. "This picture brings back some special memories and I can’t wait to kick your butt on the golf course again soon! We love you sssooooo much!!!!"

The supermodel also made a sweet post for her stepson on the photo-sharing platform. She shared a family photo with Jack and her two kids with Brady, Benjamin, 11, and Vivian, 8. In the caption, she thanked Jack for being the "best big brother" to his younger siblings.

"Happy birthday Jack! We are all so lucky to have you in our lives. Thank you for being the best big brother in the world. We love you soooo much!" she wrote with a red heart emoji.

Moynahan and Brady started dating in 2004. Their romance only lasted for over two years before they called it quits in 2006. According to Bündchen, she and Brady were already dating for two months when she learned that Moynahan was pregnant.

Moynahan revealed that Brady came in when she gave birth but "he certainly wasn’t holding my hand while I pushed." She also said in an interview with Harper's Bazaar that it wasn't easy for her when she got pregnant with no one standing by her side.

Meanwhile, Bündchen has revealed that she loves Jack like her own. In a past interview, she said she wanted him to have a great relationship with his own mom.

"I want him to have a great relationship with his mom, because that's important, but I love him the same way as if he were mine. I already feel like he's my son, from the first day," Bündchen told Vanity Fair in 2009.

Brady, Bündchen and Moynahan already sorted out their personal issues a long time ago. In February, the "I, Robot" star congratulated Brady when he won the Super Bowl. Meanwhile, the footballer also wished his ex-girlfriend a "great day" on her 50th birthday in April.

"Happy Birthday @bridgetmoynahan we hope you have a GREAT day," he wrote on his Instagram Story along with a throwback photo of Moynahan with their son, Jack.
