Tom Holland has admitted that "Spider-Man" stunts helped him prepare for his action movie "Uncharted."

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 25-year-old actor shared that while the two movies are different, the stunts he performed in the popular franchise provided him with "incredible education," even teaching him how to properly deal with wires, which is an essential skill in doing action scenes.

"There are elements about it that are different, but I've been very lucky with my stunt team that I work with on Spider-Man," Holland told the outlet Tuesday. "They have given me an incredible education when it comes to stunts and dealing with wire work and designing sequences to be more effective and also more naturalistic."

However, this doesn't mean the actor no longer faced any challenges while playing Nathan Drake in "Uncharted." In fact, the actor said filming the movie was tricky because of the things they could not "disguise" or "enhance" using CGI.

"With Spider-Man, I've always been able to wear a mask. So, there are elements where you can disguise certain things and CGI can enhance things here and there," he explained. "Whereas with Nathan Drake in this film, we really had to push the limits of what we could do practically."

Fans can recall that Holland previously talked about his intense schedule while working on "Uncharted" and "Spider-Man: No Way Home."

The actor, who completed filming "Uncharted" in Berlin, Germany, told GQ in November 2021 that he took only three days off before starting to shoot "Spider-Man: No Way Home" in Atlanta, Georgia.

"Uncharted," which is based on a video game of the same title, is slated for release on Feb. 18. The movie also stars Mark Wahlberg, Sophia Ali, Tati Gabrielle, Antonio Banderas and Patricia Meeden.

Earlier this week, Holland clarified his involvement in Marvel Cinematic Universe's upcoming projects.

"We've had conversations about the potential future of Spider-Man, but at the moment they are conversations," he told Entertainment Weekly. "We don't know what the future looks like."

Holland will be the next scene in Fred Astaire's highly anticipated untitled biopic, which is currently under pre-production.
